Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is a multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation 24/7 facility focused on the treatment and management of cardiovascular diseases and trigger diseases using both invasive and non-invasive procedures, as well as preventive cardiology.

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our hospital team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • The HR Manager will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure a positive workplace culture and support our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide support in resolving workplace issues.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Support employee development through training and career advancement initiatives.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to attract and retain staff.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
